Applications must be received no later than Friday, March 20, 2020 and include the following: 
— Letter of interest
— Comprehensive Resume
— Three letters of recommendation
— Copy of current superintendent’s license or proof of ability to gain licensure in Minnesota. 

Applicants’ names will be treated with absolute confidentiality. A select number of applicants will be invited for interviews with the school board. Only the names of those selected for a final interview will be made public. The successful candidate will begin with Farmington Area Public Schools on July 1, 2020 or as mutually agreed upon.

Selection Timeline

— Application Deadline: March 20, 2020
— First Round Interviews: Week of April 13, 2020
— Second Round Interviews: Week of April 20, 2020
— Approve Contract: May 11, 2020           
— Superintendent Begins: July 1, 2020
